Welcome to Alder Creek Arabians

Alder Creek Arabians is located in beautiful Detroit, Oregon. We are a quick hours drive east of Salem, on highway 22. Detroit Lake is in our backyard and is full of recreational activities! Although we are a small farm, we strive to breed and raise quality Arabians. We currently have 2 purebred mares and a purebred gelding.

Aiyce An Sable, an Aikon daughter out of a Bey Shah daughter, and a full sister to champiion Aiycing, was a wonderful gift from my husband! She has produced a Magic Dream colt and a pinto colt by PF To The Max. See her 2002 Lumiar Amadeus filly on the sales page.

RA Napua Bey, a Bey Shah daughter out of the Dar daughter, Natalja, was recently purchased from RA Aloha Arabians to replace our late Bey Shah daughter, Bey Serenade. We are anxiously awaiting a foal by Magic Dream that is due to arrive anytime! She will be bred to PF To The Max for a 2002 foal.

Don Bacardi (Donny) is our purebred gelding that was purchased last summer for our 7 year old daughter,Cassidy. He is a wonderful and patient horse that quickly became the barn favorite!! He and Cassidy have become great buddies and are learning alot from each other!

Our other 3 children, Jared, Brady, and Tanner help out by cleaning stalls, but would much prefer to keep all unwanted timber cut down! They are also the first to notice any dead or dying timber that MUST be cut down because it could become a safety issue!!

My husband Kevin keeps very busy with his backhoe business and I keep busy with the kids, horses, dogs, and bookwork!

We have also been raising and selling Minature Schnauzers for about 14 years. We started out with them as pets and were so amazed at their wonderful personalities and that they didn't shed like most dog breeds, that we decided to raise them. Although we have sold many to show homes and they have been very successful, the majority of them go to families. Since the puppies are raised with our children and use to so many different activities around our home, they adjust very quickly to their new homes!
